"Flan" cake: the recipe for a creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the sponge cake base:
2 eggs
80 g of sugar
60 ml of oil
30 g of cream or milk
60 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
5 g of baking powder
- For the filling:
600 ml of milk
130 g of biscuits
1 packet of pudding mix
- For the ganache:
150 ml of cream
80 g of chocolate
Directions:
1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, then add oil and milk.
2. Now stir in dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold with the bottom coated with baking powder.
4. Bake at 180° for 9 minutes.
5. Wet the cake with milk.
6. Now make the filling by stirring the pudding mix into warm milk.
7. Add biscuits and blend.
8. Pour on top of the cocoa base and refrigerate.
9. Make the ganache by melting chocolate in warm cream•
10. Pour on the cake.
11. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
