Chicken nuggets: quick and super crunchy!

INGREDIENTS
2-3 chicken breasts
45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
salt and pepper
65g (½ cup) corn flour

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374° F.
2. Cut chicken into large cubes. Mix chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and corn flour. Make sure to cover each piece with corn flour evenly.
3. Bake on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
