Fried shells with caramelized apples: so delicious they are a must try!

INGREDIENTS
For filling:
15g (1 tbsp) of Butter
500g of Apples
60g (1/4 cup) of Coconut sugar
a pinch of Salt
Cinnamon
1/2 of Lemon (juice)
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) of Cornstarch
For the first dough:
320g (2 3/4 cup) of All-purpose flour
15g (1 1/4 tbsp) of Sugar
9g (1/2 tbsp) of Salt
120ml (1/2 cup) of Water
80ml (1/4 cup) of Vegetable oil
For the second dough:
140g (1 1/4 cups) of All-purpose flour
90g (1/2 cup) of Butter
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a pan add the butter and apples and cook until they become soft. Add the coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, lemon (juice), and cornstarch, and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from the heat.
2. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, water, and vegetable oil and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 10 equal pieces. Form the balls.
4. In a bowl add the flour and butter and start mixing with the fingers until is combined. Split the dough into 10 equal pieces and form the small balls.
5. Transfer the first dough ball to the working surface and flatten it with the hand. Place the second dough ball in the middle and close it. Roll it out with the rolling pin and then roll it to itself. Roll it out and then roll it out to itself. Cut into the middle and roll out to obtain a round shape.
6. Place the filling in the middle of the rolled dough and then close it out well with the fingers.
7. Transfer them to the pot with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
8. Serve apple mini cakes all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
