Cabbage patties: you really need to try this recipe

Ingredients:
- For the patties:
1 cabbage
500 g of minced meat
Black pepper, paprika, salt to taste
2 onions
Parsley
Olive oil
- For the sauce:
3 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of ketchup
Black pepper, salt to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the cabbage in thick slices and place in a tray coated with baking paper.
2. Season meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Then add diced onion and chopped parsley.
3. Season cabbage too and brush with oil.
4. Cover with onion slices and a ball of meat mixture.
5. Use a plate to flatten the meat and shape the patties.
6. Make the sauce by mixing sour cream, ketchup, black pepper and salt.
7. Pour a spoonful of sauce on top of the burgers.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
