INGREDIENTS
300g of cream cheese
Parsley to taste
Dill to taste
Thyme to taste
100g of flaked almonds
1 Pomegranate
50g of string cheese

METHOD
1. Lay several layers of food wrap on the worktop, place the cream cheese in the center, and gently close.
2. Give it a conical shape and let it cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
3. When it's solid pass it in a chopped mix of parsley, dill and thyme.
4. Place it on a cutting board and complete it with strips of almonds and grains of pomegranate.
5. Finally, as a tip, use a piece of cheese carved in the shape of a star, and here is your beautiful tree.
