Puff pastry donut with apples and ladyfingers: ready in 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples
10g (3/4 tbsp) of butter
30g (1/4 cup) of sugar
Cinnamon
1 roll of puff pastry
Ladyfingers
Apricot jam
Milk for brushing
Walnuts
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Peel and slice the apples and transfer them to the pan with butter. Add sugar and cinnamon mix until they are soft. Remove from heat.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface and add a bowl in the middle. Arrange the ladyfingers around the bowl.
3. Spread a few spoons of apricot jam over the ladyfingers and arrange prepared apples on top.
4. Close the outer part of the pastry cut the inner part and then close it. Transfer to the pan.
5. Brush the ladyfingers donut with milk and sprinkle with sliced walnuts. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 35 minutes.
6. Serve ladyfingers donut on a serving plate and brush with the apricot jam. Decorate with powdered sugar and enjoy.
