Almond brittle at home: how to make it sweet and crunchy!

Looking for a perfect sweet for this winter? This almond brittle will be extra crunchy and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
250g of peeled almonds
3 tbsp of honey
170g of sugar
A few drops of lemon

METHOD
1. Toast the almonds in a hot oven for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the sugar in a pot with high edges over low heat without moving it so that no lumps form.
2. When the sugar has dissolved, add the honey and a few drops of lemon. Mix everything well and pour the almonds into the pot. Pour everything into a baking tray and give your crunchy the thickness you prefer.
3. After 15 minutes, when it is still warm, cut into pieces.
