For a quick snack, here are some biscuits to make in 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg 
120ml (1/2 cup) of milk 
30ml (2 1/4 tbsp) of olive oil 
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar 
180g (1 1/2 cups) of rice flour 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together egg, milk, oil and sugar.
2. Add in flour and mix everything well.
3. Transfer the mixture to the pipping bag and make little cookies.
4. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 15 minutes.
