…Spaghetti Frittata.
This is so common in Naples as recycling dishes to avoid wasting any leftover pasta from the night before.
It is usually served on the beach as a satisfying lunch or as a snack on school trips.
Let’s make it!
INGREDIENTS:
- Spaghetti 250 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 60 g
- Whole milk 60 g
- Eggs 5
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
METHOD:
1. Olive oil in the pan.
2. Break the eggs and plunge them into a bowl.
