Orange crème brûlée: a delicious dessert for after dinner!

INGREDIENTS
3 large oranges
450ml (1 ¾ cup) of coconut cream
70 g (⅓ cup) of sugar
40 g (4 tbsp) of cornstarch
200 ml (⅚ cup) of milk
50 g (4 tbsp) of brown sugar
Zest of 1 orange
METHOD
1. Cut both ends of an orange. Slice each orange in half and remove the insides. Form a bowl as shown in the video.
2. In a medium pot whisk coconut cream with sugar, cornstarch, and milk. Cook for 10 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
3. Pour the cream into an orange bowl, smooth the surface, and chill for 2 hours.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each brulee and torch until a thin caramel crust forms.
