published on 26 January, 2024 at 18:00
INGREDIENTS
70ml (1/4 cup) of milk
40g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
3g of salt
160g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
3g of dry yeast
3g of baking soda
50g of green onion
Sea salt
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, butter (melted), salt, flour, dry yeast, baking soda, and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands. Add the green onion and continue kneading until the dough absorbs the onion. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed place one parchment paper on the working surface and transfer the dough. Cover with another parchment paper and start rolling out the dough to cover all sides of the paper.
3. Remove the edges with the crinkle-cut knife and make the crackers shape. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle crackers with sea salt and transfer to the oven. Bake at 170°C/340°F for 15 minutes.
5. Serve crackers all together on a serving plate.
