Halloween chocolate bark: a sweet and funny idea to impress everyone!
published on 24 October, 2023 at 15:00
INGREDIENTS
4 bars of dark chocolate.
50g of white chocolate.
Sprinkles for decorations of your choice.
METHOD
1. Melt the dark chocolate bars in the oven at 130 ºC/266°F for 10 minutes..
2. Meanwhile melt the white chocolate: you can melt it in bain-marie or in the microwave. If you decide this last option you should operate the microwave at high power and disconnect it every 10 seconds, then turn the chocolate to prevent it from burning.
3. Spread the dark chocolate on the baking sheet with a spoon.
4. With a teaspoon make some white chocolate balls. Use a toothpick to lengthen the chocolate giving the shape you prefer to your ghosts.
5. Decorate with the sprinkles you prefer.
6. Let it cool in the fridge. Once it becomes solid your chocolate bark will be ready to be enjoyed!
