Garlic and rosemary bread: super soft and flavorful!

INGREDIENTS
For dough:
7g of dry yeast
13g (1 tbsp) of sugar
200ml (3/4 cup) of milk
400g (3 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
60g (1/4 cup) of melted butter
1 egg
Garlic powder
Dry rosemary
6g (1 tsp) of salt
For seasoned butter:
90g (1/2 cup) of butter
Rosemary
Dry parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
120g of cheese
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the dry yeast, sugar, and milk and mix to combine. Cover with a cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. After 10 minutes add the flour, butter, egg, garlic powder, dry rosemary, and salt and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours, or until is double in volume.
3. In a bowl add the butter, rosemary, dry parsley, garlic, and salt and mix to combine.
4. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 12 pieces.
5. Flatten each piece into a circle with the hands and spread the seasoned butter. Add the cheese on top fold in half and line in the prepared baking pan, round side up. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes remove the cling film and transfer to the oven. Bake the garlic bread at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
