Cracker sandwich: a quick idea to try!

INGREDIENTS
Minced meat
Crackers
Cheese
Vegetable oil
Parsley

METHOD
1. Mix the mincemeat with parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Spread the meat in some crackers, and add a piece of cheese. Break the crackers in half and make a sandwich.
3. Place the sandwiches on a baking tray. Brush each one with oil.
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
