Bellini cocktail recipe: how to make it at home

Today we are making one of the simplest yet very delicious Italian drinks… Bellini cocktail. 
it is made with just 2 ingredients: 

The sweetness of the peach 
And the sourness of the brut sparkling wine

The perfect balance for a refreshing drink!
  1.  start by cutting  the peach into wedges without removing the peel 
  2. Now blend a peach with a hand mixer
  3.  and mix it until you get a puree 
  4.  Now filter the peach puree with a strainer into a shaker or a mixing glass 
  5. and add the very cold brut sparkling wine (or prosecco) 
  6.  Mix the ingredients with a stirrer and pour the cocktail directly into the flute.
  7. Garnish it with a peach slice
