Savory puff pastry pie with spinach and cheese: the creamy and delicious savory pie

INGREDIENTS
2 rolls of puff pastry (560g) 
320g of cream cheese 
Mozzarella cheese 
1 egg 
220g of spinach 
1/2 tsp of salt  
1/2 tsp of black pepper 
Egg wash

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together cheese, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
2. Top the first sheet of puff pastry with the spinach mixture and top with another puff pastry sheet.
3. Spread with egg wash and cut into squares.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
