Twist fries: the original and crispy appetizer you will love!

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
1 liter of oil for frying
Tartar sauce to taste
METHOD
1. Clean and peel large potatoes and cut them into slices about 1 cm wide.
2. Place two wooden toothpicks at the ends of the slice and start cutting vertically with the knife up to the toothpick.
3. Then turn the slice and repeat the same, this time cutting diagonally.
4. Divide the piece into several rectangles and fry the potatoes in very hot seed oil for a few minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy!
5. Drain them on absorbent paper, salt them and serve them with tartar sauce! Or the sauce you like best!
