Fried potatoes balls: light and crunchy!

INGREDIENTS
400g of potatoes
100g of cornstarch
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Peal and cut the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Transfer them to the pot with water and boil for 30 minutes. Remove from the stove.
2. Transfer the potatoes to the bowl and mash them with the fork. Add the cornstarch and mix well with a spatula.
3. Oil the hands and make the small balls. Transfer them to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
4. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
