Chocolate banana cups

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
300g (1 cup) of Greek yogurt
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) of honey
300g of chocolate
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) of peanut butter
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) of coconut oil
Sea salt
METHOD
1. Cut the bananas into the rings and transfer them to the bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and honey and mix all together with a spatula.
2. Fill the muffin tray with the silicone cups and add the prepared mixture to each cup. Level it up well. Transfer to the freezer for 1 hour.
3. In a bowl add the chocolate, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Transfer to the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and mix with a spatula.
4. After time has elapsed remove the frozen desserts from the cups and cover them with the prepared chocolate.
5. Transfer the chocolate desserts to the tray with parchment paper and sprinkle each one with sea salt. Transfer to the freezer for 30 minutes.
6. After time has elapsed remove them from the freezer and serve chocolate desserts on a serving plate.
