German potato salad: the soft and creamy side dish!

INGREDIENTS
10 potatoes
100g of bacon
1 onion
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
60ml (1/4 cup) of white vinegar
40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of mustard
Pepper
Parsley

METHOD
1. Add the potatoes to the pot full of water and let them boil for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat.
2. In a pan add the bacon and fry until golden. Remove from the heat.
3. In the oil where the bacon was fried add the onion and let it brown. Add the water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and pepper and mix all together well.
4. Add the potatoes to the pan and bacon and mix all together well. Cook until all is soft and creamy.
5. Transfer the potatoes to the serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
