What Are Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Clusters?

Last year, there was yet another recipe that went viral on TikTok. This time, it was these TikTok Fruit clusters. The recipe is very simple. Chopped strawberries are mixed with Greek yogurt, then dollops of the mixture are frozen until solid. These clusters are then dipped in chocolate and left to set. The recipe went viral not only for its simplicity but also because it’s a healthy alternative to sugary sweets. Perfect for a guilt-free snack for the kids.

Tips

  • Make sure to cut the strawberries very small. This allows the strawberries to be equally distributed in the yogurt.
  • It’s best to use full-fat yogurt for this recipe, as it freezes better than low-fat alternatives.
  • The strawberries can be substituted with raspberries or blackberries.
  • The Greek yogurt can be substituted with flavored, sweetened yogurt.
  • If you find that the chocolate seizes easily when melting it in the microwave, add a bit of coconut oil and melt it again.
