Prussians: sweet and crunchy biscuits with 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:
1 roll of puff pastry
250g of sugar
2 lemons
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Pour the sugar into a bowl and grate the lemon zest over it. Mix well.
3. Brush the puff pastry with a little water and coat evenly with the sugar. Help yourself with your hands to spread it. Repeat the operation on the other side as well.
4. Fold each puff pastry half twice and fold one last time to form a single roll.
5. Cut into 1.5cm pieces.
6. Place the Prussians cut-side up on the baking sheet.
7. Bake in a convection oven for 20 minutes at 180°
Your Prussians are ready to be enjoyed!
