Biscuit cake with cream and strawberries: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
- For the strawberry filling:
300 g of strawberries
100 g of sugar
15 ml of lemon juice
30 g of cornstarch
30 g of water
- For the cream:
2 eggs
130 g of sugar
50 g of cornstarch
10 g of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
500 ml of milk
180 g of room temperature butter
50 g of grated coconut
- For the cake:
18 dry biscuits
Milk
Grated coconut for decoration
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Dice strawberries and put them in a saucepan.
2. Add sugar and lemon juice.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring from time to time.
4. Blend well water and cornstarch, then pour this mixture into the strawberry jam.
5. Continue cooking until it thickens.
6. Let cool at room temperature.
7. For the cream: mix eggs, sugar, cornstarch, sugar and turmeric.
8. Also add milk, then cook on the stove until it thickens.
9. Aside whip some butter and stir in the cream (now cold) a spoonful at a time.
10. Lastly add grated coconut.
11. Now assemble the cake by dipping biscuits in milk, then make a cream layer and a strawberry layer.
12. Finish with some more biscuits on top.
13. Let the cake cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
14. Decorate with coconut and powdered sugar.
