Homemade flatbread: the recipe to make them savory and easy to roll

Ingredients:
300 g of cake flour
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
200 ml of water
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, oil and water and knead.
2. Once you got a smooth and even dough, wrap it in some plastic.
3. Let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
4. Divide in smaller pieces and spread each one of them with a rolling pin.
5. Cook the flatbread in a hot pan, 3 minutes each side.
6. Then fill as you prefer.
