Mini focaccia bread: the simple way to make them perfect

Ingredients:
350g of bread flour
150g of re-milled semolina flour
200g of slightly warm whole milk
120g of slightly warm water
150g of mashed boiled potatoes
40g of extra virgin olive oil
10g of fresh brewer's yeast
12g of salt
extra virgin olive oil and salt for seasoning
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix water, milk and crumbled yeast.
2. Then add potatoes and mix well.
3. Then combine the flours, salt and oil.
4. Form a homogeneous and sticky dough, let it rise for 2 hours.
5. Then knead it well and cover it for 15 minutes.
6. Form the scones and let them rise for an hour in the oven.
7. Then bake at 200°C for about 18 minutes.
