Twisted krapfen: the recipe for some delicious and fluffy treats

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
30 g of sugar
30 g of butter
50 g of milk
100 ml of milk
Half a lemon zest
1 packet of vanillin (0,5 g)
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
5 g of salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water.
2. In a bowl mix flour, salt, vanillin, eggs, dissolved yeast and milk.
3. Start kneading, the add butter and grated lemon zest.
4. Make a smooth dough and let it rise for at least for 2 hours.
5. Divide the dough, make some small stripes and twist them.
6. Let rise again until they double their size.
7. Fry in hot oil until golden.
8. When still warm, coat them in sugar.
