Potato and onion flatbread: the simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes
2 small onions
70 g of grated cheese
Salt
EVO oil
Rosemary
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in very thin slices.
2. Season with salt and oil.
3. Add cheese and rosemary.
4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Slice the onions too.
6. Arrange the potatoes in a round tray covered in baking paper.
7. Then cover with onions.
8. Sprinkle with more cheese and rosemary.
9. Bake in a convection oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
