Pistachio soft pie: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
170 g of cake flour
100 g of seeds oil
120 g of milk
120 g of sugar
1 medium-sized egg
8 g of baking powder
- For the pistachio cream:
200 g of whipping cream
230 g of white chocolate
40 g of pistachio paste
- For the icing:
100 g of berries jam
Directions:
1. Mix hot cream and chopped white chocolate. Then add pistachio paste.
2. Stir well to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
4. In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk and oil.
5. Lastly stir in flour and baking powder after sifting them.
6. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
8. Wet the cake with syrup, then fill with a jam layer and pistachio cream.
