Puff pastry medallions: with olive and tomatoes: a quick appetizer ready in just 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry
Cherry tomatoes
Cheese
Capers
Black olives
Oregano
Olive oil
Salt
Beaten egg
METHOD
1. Cut cherry tomatoes, and mix with olive oil.
2. Cut several circles of puff pastry. Pour the tomatoes on top. Add capers, black olives, and cheese.
3. Place another circle of puff pastry on top and close the edges with your finger.
4. Cover with egg and make slight cuts at the top.
5. Sprinkle with oregano.
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C/374°F.
