Half-moon french fries: crunchy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
500g potatoes 
2 1/2 tbsp  cornstarch 
2 1/2 tbsp  rice flour  
4g baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp  sugar
1/3 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tbsp of dried coconut flakes

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes with cornstarch, salt, rice flour, and vanilla.
2. Roll out the dough and make half moons.
3. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
