Fluffy brioche: the method to make it soft and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 3/5 cups) milk
2 tbsp sugar
7g dry yeast
600g (4 3/4 cups) flour
150g (3/5 cup) melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Milk
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast, and add in eggs, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
2. Divide into two pieces, roll out each, and spread with melted butter.
3. Wrap it and make the cuts onto it. Transfer to the baking pan, and let it rest for 20 minutes more.
4. Spread with milk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
