Fluffy cake with cookies and chocolate: soft and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
8 eggs 
180g (7/8 cup) sugar
120g (1 cup) flour
30g (1/4 cup) cornstarch
80g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
80ml (1/3 cup) olive oil 
140 g cookies 
1 chocolate bar

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, and sift in the flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder.
2. Mix in cookies and transfer to the baking pan, bake at 170°C (340°F) for 40 minutes.
3. Top with chocolate and let it melt in the warm oven.
