Authentic KOREAN VEGETABLES PANCAKES recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
½ zucchini
½ onion
1 potato
140g all-purpose flour
190ml (4/5 cup) of water
1/2 tsp of salt
1/3 tsp of black pepper
30ml (2 tbsp) of seed oil
Green onion
Soy sauce
METHOD
1. Cut all the vegetables into strips.
2. Combine flour, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until you get a smooth batter.
3. Add all the vegetables to the batter, mixing well to cover them completely.
4. In a pan heat the oil, then add the vegetable mixture and compact it well with a spatula. Cook for 5-6 minutes from both sides or until the base is golden brown.
5. Once cooked, we cut the pancake into many squares.
6. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with soy sauce.
