ORANGE BUNDT CAKE: you won't need butter for this super soft cake! 🍊🧡

INGREDIENTS (for a 24cm pan)
3 eggs
150g (¾ cup) of sugar
100ml (½ cup) of orange juice
100ml (½ cup) of vegetable oil
280g (2 ¼ cups) of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
Grated zest of one orange
METHOD
1. Pour the eggs and sugar into a large bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is tall and pale.
2. Add the vegetable oil, orange juice, and grated orange zest, and mix again until the ingredients are combined.
3. Add the flour and baking powder, and continue mixing until the batter is smooth and lumped-free.
4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
