CINNAMON COOKIES: FRAGRANT and DELICIOUS! 🤩

INGREDIENTS

120g butter (soft)

120g (1/2 cup) sugar

3 tsp ground cinnamon

1 egg

240g (2 cups) all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Granulated sugar (for the coating)

Powdered sugar (for the coating)

METHOD

1. In a bowl add butter, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Mix until cream.

2. Mix in an egg. Add in flour and baking powder.

3. Mix everything with your hand, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. From the prepared butter form little balls, cover them with granulated sugar, and then in powdered sugar.

5. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
