Homemade pizza: the simple way to prepare it

Ingredients:
350 g of flour 00
100 g of re-milled semolina flour
270 ml of water
5 g of yeast
12 g of salt
25 ml of extra virgin olive oil
cooked tomato sauce to taste
mozzarella to taste
oil to taste
Directions:
1. Put the two flours in a bowl and mix them together.
2. Then add the yeast and water, mix well.
3. Add oil, salt and form a homogeneous dough.
4. Let it rise for at least 4 hours.
5. Then roll out the dough and let it rest for an hour.
6. Stuff with the puree and bake at 250 ° for 10-12 minutes.
7. Then add the mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes.
