Homemade crepes: the simple way to make them so delicious

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 g vanillin
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
200 ml milk
200 g flour
3 tablespoons of oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla.
2. Then add milk, flour and oil.
3. Form a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
4. Cook the crepes in a non-stick pan and then fill them as you like.
