Veggies au gratin: the tasty side dish to try right now

Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
4 Peppers
Breadcrumbs 150g
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Sweet paprika
Parmesan 60g
Lemon peel
Capers 50g
Cherry tomatoes 200g
Olive oil
Basil leaves
Directions:
1. Cut both the aubergine and the peppers.
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, parmesan, lemon zest, capers and cherry tomatoes.
3. Stuff the peppers and aubergines.
4. Add a drizzle of oil and bake at 200 ° for 20-30 minutes.
