Vanilla sponge cake: the fluffy dessert to try right now

Ingredients:
4 eggs and 7 yolks
250 g of granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean
125 g of flour 00
125 g of potato starch
75 g of butter
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the vanilla.
2. Also add the flour, starch and melted butter.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
