Pistachio New York cheesecake: the creamy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
100g biscuits
45g butter
CHEESE CREAM:
280g spreadable cheese
12g rice starch
75g sugar
1 egg
1 yolk
140g sour cream
110g fresh cream
80g pistachio paste
1 pinch of salt
PISTACHIO GANACHE:
60g fresh cream
60g white chocolate
15g pistachio paste
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: mix starch and sugar, then mix with cheese and salt. Then add egg, yolk and sour cream. Also add the pistachio pasta and whipped cream.
3. Pour the cream onto the base and then place the mold in a pan with hot water.
4. Bake at 160 degrees for 65 minutes.
5. Then leave the cheesecake in the unlit oven for an hour.
6. Prepare the pistachio jelly and decorate the cake.
