Chocolate and creamy sponge cake: simple and delicious

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
90 g sugar
50 g milk
75 g flour
25 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
Wet:
150 g milk
15 g cocoa powder
50 g liqueur
Cream:
80-85 g chocolate
100 g hot cream
150-200 g cream
1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Dough: beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Then add the milk and sifted flour, cocoa and yeast. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. Soak: heat the milk and mix it with cocoa and liqueur. Pierce the cake and pour the syrup.
3. Cream: melt the chocolate in the hot cream. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and then add the two compounds.
4. Assemble the cake and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
