White chocolate truffles: greedy to serve on special occasions!

10g of butter
100g (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
250g of white chocolate
- In a saucepan add the butter and whipping cream and mix. Add the white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Remove the white chocolate mixture from the heat and transfer it to the plate. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
- After the time has elapsed, start preparing the truffles by taking a portion of the mixture with the spoon inserting the hazelnut, and making the balls with your hands.
- Dip the truffles in the coconut flour and serve.
