Coffee sorbet: easy to make, with few ingredients and without ice cream maker!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (3/4 cup) of water
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
150ml (3/4 cup) of espresso coffee
100ml (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
 
METHOD
  1. In a pot add the water and sugar and mix until the sugar dissolve. Heat until starts boiling and remove from the stove.
  2. Add the espresso coffee into the sugar mixture and mix it all together. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. After two hours remove the coffee mixture from the fridge and add the whipping cream. Mix all together and transfer to the freezer for 2 hours.
  4. After two hours remove it from the freezer and mix to break the ice crystals. Transfer to the freezer for 2 hours. Repeat the process one more time.
  5. After 3 times of freezing make the balls with the ice cream scoop and serve.
