INGREDIENTS

700g pork loin
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Sage leaves
1 onion
Flour
Olive oil
30g (2 tbsp) butter
200ml (4/5 cup) red wine
500ml (2 cups) broth

METHOD

Cut the pork loin into slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Insert the sage leaves and onion slices into the cuts.
Pierce the meat with wooden sticks.
Roll a large skewer in flour.
Cook in oil and butter. Pour in red wine and broth during baking.
Serve.
