Sponge cake with custard: the fluffy dessert to try

Ingredients:
Cream:
50 g sugar
5 g vanilla flavoring
1/2 tablespoon of flour
1 egg
125 ml milk
25 g butter
Dough:
2 eggs
120 g sugar
5 g vanilla sugar
40 ml milk
80 g sour cream
90 ml oil
220 g flour
8 g baking powder
50-70 g raisins (optional)
Directions:
1. Cream: in a saucepan mix sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, egg. Then add the milk and heat on the stove, add the butter and let it thicken.
2. Dough: in a bowl mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and sour cream. Then add the sifted oil, flour and yeast. Finally add the raisins if you want.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold.
4. Put the cream in the pastry bag and then add it to the rest.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
