Lemon cookies: how to make them perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
1 egg
a pinch of salt
60 grams of sugar
75 ml of seed oil
125 grams of vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Lemon peel
12 grams of dehydrated coconut
12 gr of baking powder
360 gr of semolina
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg with sugar and salt.
2. Then add the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, coconut, yeast and semolina.
3. Finally add the lemon zest.
4. Form the biscuits, dip them in the coconut and arrange them on the baking tray.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
