Berries cheesecake: the creamy dessert to try right now

Ingredients:
80g biscuits
30g butter
CHEESE CREAM:
250g spreadable cheese
80g sugar
250g fresh cream
5g gelatin in sheets
25g cold water
BERRIES JELLY:
60g water
100g berry jam
3g gelatin in sheets
15g cold water
DECORATION:
Raspberries
Currant
Blueberries
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: soak the gelatin. Separately, mix the cheese, sugar, lemon zest, melted gelatin and vanilla extract. Separately whip the cream and add it to the rest. Divide the cream into two portions.
3. Pour part of the cream onto the base and place in the freezer for two hours.
4. Berries jelly: soak the jelly. Then cook the berries in water. Melt the gelatine inside and pour over the cream layer.
5. Leave in the freezer for an hour.
6. Pour another layer of cream and put in the freezer for 2/3 hours.
