Stuffed bell peppers with eggs: you really need to try this meal

Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
3 eggs
2 large tomatoes
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Cumin
Mozzarella cheese 80g
Parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and cook them with half a pepper.
2. Also add the garlic and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Then add salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
4. Then add the peppers, eggs and salt.
5. Add the cheese and cook for 7 minutes.
