Crispy potatoes: how to make this simple and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
1kg of potatoes
1 tbsp of butter
Olive oil
1 garlic teeth
Salt
Rosemary
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and wash them well.
2. Boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes.
3. In a pan melt the butter and add oil and garlic.
4. Drain the potatoes and put them into the pan.
5. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
6 Season them whit salt and rosemary.
