Chocolate and caramel sponge cake: the delicious and simple dessert

Ingredients:
6 yolks
6 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
165 g sugar
130 g flour
40 g cocoa
400 g mascarpone cheese
30 g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
150 g heavy cream
220 g sugar
100 g butter
160 g heavy cream
1/2 tsp of salt
150 g chocolate
30 g oil
70 g walnuts
Directions:
1. Whip the egg whites with salt and sugar.
2. Then add the yolks and mix well.
3. The add flour and cocoa powder.
4. Pour the batter in a baking tray and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
5. Cream: mix the mascarpone cheese with icing sugar, vanilla and heavy cream
6. Caramel: melt the sugar in a pan and add butter and heavy cream and salt.
7. Make the cake and decorate it.
8. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
